These cinnamon-skinned almonds come from sunny Pakistan. Each spring, the sweet, wafting perfume of the almond flowers awakes the full, aromatic flavour of the nuts. In autumn they are harvested and dried in the sun. The nuts are then processed in a dry roasting process, gently and without oil. The roasted almonds are only lightly salted.
