The almonds with their cinnamon-brown skin come from Pakistan and are certified both organic and fairtrade. Every spring the sweet scent of the almond blossoms awakens the anticipation of the aromatic taste of the nuts. In autumn they are harvested and dried on site in the sun. This is followed by processing using the dry roasting method, gently and without oil. Afterwards the roasted almonds are only lightly salted. Lactose free, gluten free and vegan.
