The organic and fairtrade certified peanuts come from a small farmers’ cooperative in the Chinese province of Shandong. They are sown in April and can already be harvested by the farmers in September. Only the best nuts are hand-picked for further processing. For the unmistakable taste they are air-roasted without oil, sprayed with sunflower oil and then lightly salted. Lactose free, gluten free and vegan.
