The mix of roasted hazelnuts, crunchy cashews and shade-dried Bukhara sultanas impresses with its bite and flavour. The hazelnuts develop an intense, nutty-sweet roasted flavour thanks to the gentle roasting, while the cashews create a fine balance with their mild, creamy taste. The black Bukhara sultanas have a natural, fruity sweetness - their flavour is fully preserved thanks to traditional shadow drying directly on the vine. A flavour experience.
This natural nut and fruit mix provides valuable nutrients in their original form: Cashews are rich in vegetable protein, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, magnesium and phosphorus. Hazelnuts also contain B vitamins, iron and potassium - a combination that contributes to cardiovascular health and has an antioxidant effect. Bukhara sultanas provide fibre and potassium, aid digestion and protect cells from oxidative stress. Together they form an energising snack that supports a balanced diet.

Cashews from Burkina Faso:
Grown by around 2,000 small farming families around Bobo Dioulasso and processed by gebana Burkina Faso. After steaming, the cashew nuts are broken by hand, dried, skinned and vacuum-packed - in safe working conditions. Local processing creates jobs and boosts regional added value.
Georgia hazelnuts :
In the Samegrelo region, some 700 small farming families grow hazelnuts to organic standards. At Pakka Georgia - the world's first certified organic and Fair Trade hazelnut processor - the hazelnuts are dried, roasted and vacuum-packed. In this way, quality and freshness are preserved right up to the point of consumption.
Bukhara Raisins from Uzbekistan:
The black Bukhara grapes grow around Samarkand and are traditionally dried on the vine in the shade by small farmers - a method that preserves the natural flavour. All processing is carried out by Silk Road Organik Foods, the first Fairtrade-certified processor in Central Asia.
All three supply chains stand for fair trade, transparency and the highest possible local value creation - from cultivation to processing.
