About the gift box
This nut and fruit gift box combines three organic Fairtrade snacks from Uzbekistan in high-quality packaging. Wild mountain almonds, a trail mix and salted and roasted apricot kernels represent the diversity and flavour of Central Asia.
The raw materials come from wild harvesting or small-scale farming in the Samarkand region. They are processed directly on site by our partner Silk Road Organik Foods, the first Fairtrade-certified company in Central Asia. This means that the entire added value remains in the region.
The packaging also bears the hallmark of sustainability: the box is made of recyclable natural cardboard and contains an illustrated insert that visualises the Pakka supply chain "from the source to you".
