Grievance mechanism for human rights and environmental concerns

Pakka takes reports of potential human rights or environmental risks and harms arising from our business activities, products and supply chains seriously. Complaints may be submitted by employees, suppliers, producers, workers, communities and other affected or informed individuals.

Possible topics include, amongst others, working conditions, discrimination, child labour, forced labour, health and safety at work, environmental impact, breaches of Fairtrade standards, or reports of retaliatory measures.

You can also submit a report anonymously. However, if you do not provide any contact details, we will be unable to follow up with any queries or provide feedback on the outcome.

Pakka treats complaints confidentially and does not tolerate any discrimination against individuals who lodge a complaint in good faith or assist with the investigation. Reports received are investigated, documented and – where possible and appropriate – addressed through measures aimed at prevention, mitigation or redress.
