With sun-ripened mangoes, roasted and salted almonds, shade-dried Bukhara raisins, natural cashews and chocolate-coated bananas, it offers pure variety – natural or refined, always organic and fair trade.

Our anniversary mix combines fruity, nutty and chocolatey notes to create a well-balanced taste experience. Mango and Bukhara raisins provide a natural, aromatic sweetness, whilst the cashews offer a creamy, nutty base. The almonds add wonderful roasted flavours and a subtle hint of salt. The mix is rounded off by the tart sweetness of the bananas coated in dark chocolate.
This mix provides natural energy from high-quality organic ingredients. Nuts contain valuable unsaturated fatty acids, plant-based protein and minerals such as magnesium and phosphorus. Dried fruit provides fibre, potassium and natural fruit sugars. Dark chocolate (cocoa) rounds off the profile with plant-based polyphenols and further minerals. When enjoyed in moderation, the mix supports a balanced diet – completely free from artificial additives.
Ideal as a tasty snack for in between meals – for school, work, on the go or after exercise. Also perfect for sharing or as a little taster of various Pakka classics.
All ingredients are sourced through direct collaboration with Pakka partners in Colombia, Burkina Faso and Uzbekistan – and are processed entirely locally.
Mango slices and chocolate-covered bananas from Colombia:
The mangoes and bananas are harvested at peak ripeness by smallholders and gently processed at Fruandes. The banana pieces are then coated in dark organic chocolate made from Fairtrade cocoa at Equiori – Colombia’s first organic chocolate manufacturer – and packaged on site. This ensures that the value added remains in the country of origin, from the raw material to the finished snack.
Cashew nuts from Burkina Faso:
Grown by around 2,000 smallholder families in the area around Bobo Dioulasso and processed by gebana Burkina Faso. After steaming, the cashews are cracked by hand, dried, skinned and packed – all under safe working conditions. Local processing creates jobs and boosts the regional economy.
Almonds and Bukhara raisins from Uzbekistan:
The almonds come from wild harvesting areas in Uzbekistan and are harvested by hand in a labour-intensive process. The black Bukhara grapes grow around Samarkand and are traditionally dried on the vine in the shade by smallholders – a method that preserves their natural flavour. The entire processing is carried out by Silk Road Organik Foods, Central Asia’s first Fairtrade-certified processor.
All three supply chains are committed to fair trade, transparency and maximising local value creation – from cultivation to processing.

Cashews: By ship from Burkina Faso to Hamburg - by lorry to Switzerland.
Mangoes and chocolate-covered bananas: shipped from Colombia to Hamburg, then transported by lorry to Switzerland.
Almonds and Bukhara raisins: transported by lorry from Uzbekistan to Switzerland.
Store in a cool and dry place. Close opened packs tightly and protect from moisture and light.
