About the product
This organic fruit mix combines three tropical classics: mango, pineapple and physalis – all sun-kissed fruits from Peru. Each variety is harvested at the optimum ripeness and gently dried on site. The combination creates a perfect balance of fruitiness, sweetness and a subtle acidity. As production takes place entirely in Peru, the entire value chain remains in the country of origin – from cultivation to packaging.
The fruit mix captivates with its harmonious variety: sweet and fruity mango, refreshingly tart pineapple and the slightly tart, invigorating note of physalis. Together, they create a balanced, tropical taste experience with a soft, pleasantly chewy consistency – ideal for chewing and enjoying.
Dried fruits are rich in fibre, which promotes healthy digestion and keeps you feeling full for longer. Mango and pineapple provide vitamin C, which strengthens the immune system, while physalis also contributes antioxidants. The mix provides natural energy and important micronutrients – a valuable part of a balanced, plant-based diet.

Our Peruvian partner and dried fruit producer Greenbox works with around 250 farmers in the Peruvian Amazon region and the central highlands. The company's goal is to grow and process high-quality organic fruit locally and guarantee fair prices. This means that the entire value chain remains in the country of origin – from cultivation and drying to packaging.
The company was founded in 2011 in the fertile Tarma Valley. Tarma is located in central Peru between the icy peaks of the Andes and the steamy, humid Amazon lowlands. The valleys around Tarma are extremely fertile, and the geographical and microclimatic conditions, with high solar intensity, are ideal for growing tropical fruits.
The farmers cultivate their crops according to ecological principles and receive training and technical support from Greenbox to ensure sustainable yields and stable incomes. Women make up 65% of the factory's workforce.
Nothing is wasted during processing: the organic residues from fruit processing are turned into compost and reused on the fields. In this way, Greenbox closes the loop and actively contributes to soil fertility and a functioning circular economy.
The dried fruits are produced entirely in Peru – directly in the country of origin of the raw materials. Pakka deliberately focuses on direct trade and does not use intermediaries. This strengthens the entire value chain locally. Not only does this ensure the best product quality, it also creates fair jobs in structurally weak regions of Peru and contributes to sustainable economic development.
