Silk Road Organik Foods was founded in 2003 and began exporting organic dried fruit and nuts from Uzbekistan to Europe. With increasing demand and the first Fairtrade certification in Central Asia, the company grew. Today, it offers a wide range of organic products, including walnuts, almonds and various dried fruits. The collaboration with Pakka began in 2023 to expand the product range and directly support small Uzbek farmers.
